Actually, you can use this as a terrific selling point. Send out flyers to all current and past customers on file about your exciting celebration sale, or just celebration and touch briefly on a couple exciting new changes. Invite them to come on in and meet and greet. Offer light refreshments, that always brings them in. Or offer them a small discount on their next visit, if they ask for you, etc. Treat it as a sort of Grand Re-Opening. Good Luck and God Bless!

Oh okay, I understand now. Sorry, I wasn't trying to push the meet and greet, only didn't realize it wasn't feasible. As far as the flyer goes, you could do a really great flyer with that revolved around a large font statement such as - Under New Management with smaller wording just underneath with something like, Customer Service Is Our #1 Piority!!! Then, somewhere on the flyer have a small note that: We want to start with a clean slate, so call and speak with _____ about any current or previous issues you may have, because we want to know, and we will strive to make sure you never have them again! Then in random slanted wording all over the flyer giving it a fireworks feel, you can put things like Better Customer Service!!! Always Friendly Representatives!!! Lightning Turnaround/Service!!! Attention to Details!!! Quality Workmanship!!! Of course these type things would have to be altered to fit your needs, I am just brainstorming. Actually, I do a lot of work in creating, editing, designing flyers, brochures and forms for various individuals and companies. I found several years ago that I was pretty good at it, and enjoy it. I am very detail-oriented and have never had anyone who didn't rave about the finished product. So your compliment not knowing that was extra nice. Hope the above helps!</description>
