They do take 3-5% of the first year class directly from UG, but they are usually students with solid A grades and top GMAT scores. The top schools now require the work experience, evidence of leadership and teamwork, GPA of 3.6 and above, and GMAT averaging 700 or so. There are lots of good second-tier schools that would be good for you. You should also pick based on your interests (marketing, finance, international, etc.).
