What is the best contact management tool?

I am looking for a program that I can input leads and then work those leads through the program. I would like to track potential sales as well as projects that have been sold…

I am a small business with only me as the salesperson. I need a cost effective solution that I can implement without an team of IT people.

   Try ACT by Sage software. It comes in single seat and multiple seat editions and is really effective for small companies. It has been around for more than twp decades.

   I would suggest as its been excellent for our ales forces, “Salesforce.com” one of the best programs out there. I’ve been in upper level sales management here in Europe.
