Well if you both want to work together in lets say a restaurant type of setting you will do great. With you being a jack of all traits, find a place to fix up you will pay less than for a perfect place, plus you get to decide what you want and where you want it. You might also try opening an eBay store, where people who don’t want to take out the time to put an item up for auction, drop it off you post it sell it and ship it. You only need to invest in advertising, since all the other cost would come from the seller & buyer. You keep a percentage for your service. I would do that but I have a little one who takes alot of time and energy and I’m no longer the energetic, strong person I was two decades ago when I had my first family.
Oh I forgot to mention ship only on certain days then you can plan for fun time at the beach.
