It is a buyers market right now let things cool down before doing that. let the prices level out. there is great opportunities in Florida for building homes. we are the 2ND fastest growing state. So bring your money get a Lic. then get your hammer and work for yourself it will be great for you I am pretty sure. I have my own business (lawn care)and my brother in law makes 150,000+ a year framing houses fixing property right now in Texas or anywhere is not a great idea.
