We are a small US consulting firm. Do we need to partner with a chinese company to do business in China?

small business management
Walt W asked:

Our firm — Project Success, Inc. — has been approached by a Chinese real estate company to provide project management training to their organization. We have sold and delivered international projects before, but never in China. If we decide to accept this assignment, what must we do to in order to do business in China?

Complicated question and even more complicated answer. There are too many things to list….send someone who can speak the language to China to find out….government regulations are particularly annoying to sort out.

I think you need a Chinese person to help you find what you need in China, and I know a website can provide the service , the service is called “Person to Person” , through the service you just like engage a “agent” in China to help you to find what you need in China.
