it is too young but if it is for the sake for the happiness for y our child, why don’t you? it’s great, ven when i am in four years old, i also wants business….
Charlie
its not too young! you should be happy that your daughter is willing to enjoy this responsibility. maybe keep an eye on her, help her out if she needs it, but overall its a good idea and you should be proud!

I think it would be okay if you supervised the stand with with her. That would make it more fun for her and u make sure she doning every thing right.
Mike

Well if you are going to be out there with her i think it is a fun idea for her to spend alittle bit of her summer. I dont think she will care too much to learn about money and how the buisness world works but she will like being able to sell lemonade. =) kids love stuff like that when they are little, just dont let her out there alone. too many crazy people in the world. good luck =)

Sit there with her and YOU manage the money is she makes like a real lot (like on Full House she made 100 some) than maybe out it away but if not ask her where she wants to go. - Maybe a toy store, or like a candy store or just but her something nice that she really wants.
Minnie
Well thats great that she wants to do a lemonade stand she can learn about money and stuff and you can be right there with her teaching her how to deal with money.
It would be fun for you and her to spend time together doing a lemonade stand.
She shouldnt do a lemonade stand by herself you should do it with her
Christopher
At four years old, it wouldn’t be your daughter’s lemonade stand - it would be YOUR lemonade stand. You can teach a four year old money management with a piggie bank. As to business management, what in the world is your hurry? Forget “business management,” teach her personal responsibility with chores and charitability with volunteer work. Your daughter can learn business management in high school or college, but your chance to teach more important things is fleeting, and it’s *right now.*
Albert
you would obviously have to be there with her, so you can help teach her
