Lisa T asked:
I co-own 2 businesses - one with several partners that is well-established; and, a fairly new business with one other woman (I’m a female - also an attorney). The economy, poor management (I’m been silent until recently) and employee theft have more than taken their toll; however, both businesses have the ability to be very successful. We have a great deal of the problems in hand now; but, resources are slim and we prefer to not hit the round of local banks again where our payments this past year have been slow. What agencies, govenment and otherwise are there that are prepared to help?
