The young employees don't seemingly have the kind of work ethics that I grew up working with, learning from home and taking into the work place. Am I being too critical? I don't think so, I am generally a very positive and upbeat person.....but it gets tiring.....training and then they jump to another job, and I start all over the with the training once again....I have incentives in place, education and bonuses, health benefits and RSP's and a whole lot more.....any suggestions?
