Starting business can be expensive. i.e. City Business License, Liability Insurance, Fictitious Name Statement advertising, office furniture, insurance for office, utilities, phone, business checks, business cards, letter head, etc. You'll need to apply for an EIN from the Feds and if you hire employees, that's another very large financial headache due to state and federal taxes, not to mention personalities of employees. Be prepared to work hard and long hours. You have to be committed, it's not a game. I've had my business for 16 years and sometimes loved it and sometimes not. Good luck to you.
