I want to give a warning out to every small to medium corporation that treats its employess like dogs. If you are being treated like a dog by your employer it is not your manager’s fault. It is the owner’s fault. You may not know this person. This person may never show his/or her face. However, it is this person who is responsible for treating you like crap as he/her is the person(s) who developed the corporate culture of your company. It is not in the interest of business or profit as to why you are being treated like crap. It is for the pure evilness of the owner of your corportation.
